LITTLE RIVER BAND OF OTTAWA – MANISTEE, MICHIGANInitial project was to Master Plan resort campus for future growth by all departments. Overall $35 million project to be achieved by phasing of program. Phase I includes 100 room hotel addition, administrative remodel and cultural corridor. Phase II to include expanded conference capabilities, 1400 seat theater and unique year- round attraction. ONEIDA NATION MUSEUM AND CULTURAL CENTER – ONEIDA, WISCONSIN45,000 square foot museum and cultural center dedicated to the introduction and preservation of the Oneida culture and heritage. Portions of the building include a Traveling Exhibit Gallery, Oneida artist gallery, class rooms for beading and lace-making and studios where artists can be viewed while creating their works. Schematic package complete and hope to break ground in Fall of 2005. INDIAN SUMMER FESTIVALS — WEST ALLIS, WISCONSIN1,200 square foot tenant improvement space for dental office client. FOREST COUNTY AQUATIC AND FITNESS CENTER — CRANDON, WISCONSINProvide a 3-D image and schematic design for a proposed aquatic center. Image currently being used in a capital campaign to provide appropriate funding and community support. SOUTHEASTERN ONEIDA TRIBAL SERVICES — MILWAUKEE, WISCONSINFeasibility study to see what the design and cost implications are in purchasing an existing building for the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. New spaces to house tribal services and rental tenant space. KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN—VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT WISCONSINCorporate client to provide a wide range of architectural services for multiple locations. Projects include conversion of current corporate standards to new free-standing buildings. BAD RIVER NATION COMMUNITY AND SERVICE CENTER—ODANAH, WISCONSINThis will be a new, 8,500 sq. ft., free-standing community center that will contain the offices for the Housing Department of the Bad River Nation. A 3,500 sq. ft. maintenance garage for the Department of Public Works will also be part of the development. It is currently under programming and will look to be completed by September of 2005. ONEIDA WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITYThis will be a new waste water treatment facility that will include offices for the utilities department, pump station and associated buildings for treatment facility. Standing Stone Design is currently teamed with McMahon Associates, Inc. LA ESCUELA FRATNEY MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOLThis a remodel and addition to a Milwaukee Public School to include new offices, gymnasium and improvements to the current building. Standing Stone Design provided architectural design and drafting services as part of the design team with Plunkett Raysich Architects. The project is now in bidding phase and substantial completion by January 2006. KENILWORTH BUILDINGThis is a remodel of an existing factory into student housing, laboratories and classrooms for the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Standing Stone Design provided architectural design and drafting services as part of the design team with Hammel, Green and Abrahamson. It is currently in the bidding phase. MOLE LAKE ROUNDHOUSEThis will be a new ceremonial building for the Mole Lake Chippewa Tribe of Wisconsin. The building is in schematic design. MARTIN LUTHER KING DEVELOPMENTThis will be a new housing and retail development consisting of first floor retail and eight condominiums with indoor parking. It is currently in schematic design. WEST ALLIS FARMER’S MARKETRenovation of the City’s Fifty year old market to include historic renovation of the market’s façade, updates to the existing public facilities and Market Manager’s office. Revitalization of the entire site with major landscaping upgrades to include, new plantings, tree lined plaza, rain gardens and new paver system as well as new architectural features. To the construction is scheduled to start Fall 2005. ONEIDA NATION TOWN HOMESNew development of 12 to 15 town homes that will incorporate site, and building design. ONEIDA NATION INTEGRATED ASSISTED LIVING/SKILLED CAREMaster planning for a new and ground breaking design in elder care. It will blend together assisted living with skilled care all within one unit. The master planning is also looking at adding features to the already existing elder apartments on site as well as office, medical, and physical therapy.
